How to Booking

KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE SAME SO AS TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING

• Kindly attach your Photo ID and Address Proof with Credit Card Authorization Form.
• Please fill the duly signed Credit Card Authorization form for confirmed and guaranteed Reservation otherwise we will treat it as tentative booking.
• Our check in and check out timing is 12 Noon.
• Room will be hold till 6:00 PM until or unless arrival time is not mentioned in the mail.
• The Cheque/D D has to be issued in the favour of “VINAYAK HOTEL”.
• “Please send a scan copy or fax of the deposit slip against the bank transfer amount payable to Vinayak Hotel.”
• Your acknowledgement of this confirmation shall be highly appreciated, kindly reply soon.
